Use this page during the week. Later, the system can batch-process all uploads into invoices.

How this works

  1. Driver screenshot gets uploaded and saved.
  2. Upload is attached to the current Monday–Saturday invoice week.
  3. Later, OCR and route parsing can read the screenshot.
  4. The invoice engine can batch-process all uploads for the week.
  5. Final invoice can be pushed into QuickBooks.

Hostinger setup

Put index.php and config.php in your project folder.
Make sure the uploads folder is writable.
Update database credentials in config.php.
Import your matching SQL first.
